Chronic stress is about more than just mental/emotional stress; and it affects our health in so many ways. It can even affect blood sugar and lead to weight gain, influence your mental health, disturb sleep, is tightly linked to heightened anxiety, and so much more than we often link back to the effects of chronic stress. Many women are carrying so many responsibilities and are so used to it that they don't even realize how much stress they're even under, which is why I often find stress related dysfunction affects women's health disproportionately more. What can you do about it? During this workshop we will discuss the why and how behind stress and its impacts, testing that can be done, as well as some solutions you can start to apply today! Then we will move on to a custom herb blending tea bar where we will utilize different herbs that have an impact on your stress system as well as herbs that impact sleep to create a custom blend perfect for your individual needs.
