Birdhouse is a curated space for women spanning 2,200 sq feet in the Amesbury Trades Mill building. Birdhouse is designed for community, coworking and events.
It’s a space for women to go with intention and focus on their passions, work, connections, and most importantly, themselves.
Birdhouse allows women to be together in person and aims to build community authentically and beyond a screen.
Meet the founders, Crystal and Jodi.
Jodi McGroarty and Crystal Rimoczy became fast friends when their children were classmates in preschool. Both were local working mothers from Amesbury and bonded over everything from growing up in rural areas to commiserating over piles of dirty laundry.
In 2022, they began brainstorming ideas on what type of local business would add meaning to their lives and value to the community. Birdhouse was born in 2024, after realizing how excited they were to have a place dedicated to women connecting in person, learning, and relaxing in an environment designed to come together and rediscover themselves.
